If you experience injury, illness, or symptoms requiring medical attention, seek care from a licensed provider.
Coaching, recommendations, meal suggestions, and workout programs are generated by an AI system based on your inputs. While we work to make this guidance accurate and useful, AI can make mistakes. Use your judgment and consult professionals when in doubt.

If you subscribe to a paid tier, billing terms are managed through your payment provider. You may cancel at any time. Refund policies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
IGNITE and its operator, Iron Muscle and Fitness LLC, are not liable for injuries, health outcomes, or losses arising from use of the app, advice from Coach Knox, or any third-party services referenced within the app. You assume full responsibility for your training and nutrition decisions.
